At Eye Care Solutions we strive to not only provide top quality eye care products for problems like dry eyes and blepharitis, but also make it as affordable as possible to everyone. With this in mind we did not incorporate rural delivery charges into the cost of all our products and have excluded this so we can keep our prices as low as possible.
New Zealand Shipping
Shipping cost is $6.00 to urban areas. We offer free delivery on orders over $100 in urban areas only. Rural delivery is a direct add-on cost of $5.00. Additional Rural add-on can be purchased by clicking this link.
We mainly ship our products with New Zealand Post and we can ship to both physical addresses and PO Boxes.
Delivery time will be during normal business hours and we ship most orders within 24 hours (weekdays only) of the order being placed and payment cleared. We are known for our speedy service and quick delivery times. We ship from Auckland and Christchurch. New Zealand orders will include a tracking number, so let us know if you have not received it within a day of placing your order.
International Shipping
We mainly ship to Australia, the USA and Asia. There are different shipping options – tracked, non-tracked and courier. If you are not from one of these countries and would like to order from us please let us know and we will calculate the shipping costs and add it as an option. Unfortunately we do not ship to the UK.
The international shipping cost is for parcels weighing 1 kg or less. If your parcel weighs more than 1 kg we will contact you to arrange payment for the additional shipping cost.
